To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original wallpaper packaging must be intact.

To check colour and quality of the wallpaper, please order A4 samples from us before ordering rolls.

To arrange a return, email with your order number. We will reply and advise of the returns address. 

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, unless there is a fault.

Returns must be delivered back to us within 28 days of your order being placed.

NOTE - Hand made wallpapers (Tracy Kendall panels and hand made wallpapers and Polly Dunbar Wallflowers) ) are exempt from being returned.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


If you wish to exchange an item, please email with your request.

Exchanges are at at our discretion outside of the 28 day order timeframe and additional delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
